Victoria Pynchon,
Esq. is a mediator with ADR Services,
Inc. in Century City, California. She
also serves as a settlement officer for
the United States District Court for the
Central District of California and an
arbitrator on the expedited commercial
arbitration panel of the American
Arbitration Association. She teaches at
the Strauss Institute of Dispute
Resolution, Pepperdine University School
of Law where she is a member of the
Adjunct Faculty. She has taught
negotiation at UCLA, Anderson School of
Management, Sony Pictures Entertainment,
and to lawyers and law firms here in the
U.S. and in the United Kingdom. Ms.
Pynchon maintains two well known legal
blogs, the Settle It Now Negotiation and
Intellectual Property ADR Blogs; writes
an ADR column for the national legal
publication The Complete Lawyer; and,
edits an online literary journal. Ms.
Pynchon’s book: A is for Asshole, the
ABC’s of Conflict Resolution will be
published by Janis Publications this
summer.
